Nonetheless, even as we move past the pandemic, we have had to make difficult decisions to protect our valued guests, workers, and the extended community. Among them, we have decided to close the dining and living areas. We will not serve breakfasts. There will not be a formal office check-in; the door to your room will be unlocked right before your arrival with the key inside. We want to make sure to respect the social distancing requirements and ask that guests wear face masks when distancing can not be maintained. In addition, we ask guests address the following questions: a. Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19? b. Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat? c. Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours? d. Have you had changes in your sense of taste or smell ? e. If you answered yes to any of these questions, please do not put our employees and other guests at risk and come back another day when you feel better. Any deposit will be returned. We made the difficult decision to not open our outdoor pool, again out of an abundance of caution. We are keeping the office closed and continuing with self-checkins meaning you will simply go to your room where the door will be unlocked with the key inside and the room made. Housekeeping can be contacted if additional towels, sheets, soaps, etc. are required. There are still many great outdoor activities in the White Mountain area! We look forward to seeing you soon!
